Guest rooms in the guesthouse are slowly in need of overhaul. Extremely small wet cell in which one can not move. The restaurant was very good. Great food. Really ok and inexpensive. Honest kitchen.

Unfortunately only one star and this one for the very good rump steak. Unfortunately, the hospitality left a lot to be desired. The request for a salad plate with strips of beef (instead of strips of turkey as in the menu) was unfortunately not possible because they “didn't have any strips of beef”. The suggestion to simply cut a rump steak into strips could not be implemented. In the end, I got the rump steak on the menu on a plate with the accompanying salad on another larger plate. My companion ordered Maultaschen fried with egg. Unfortunately these were very greasy (oily) - with oil eyes on the Maultaschen. Have expressed this to the request of the service staff. In response, it was said that these would be fried in fat. After the clearing, the service staff came back and informed us that they had passed it on to the kitchen and they had said that they were frying in fat. We actually know that this is the case, but it depends on the amount of fat. We could have lived with it like this. The gesture of the service staff directed to us when leaving the restaurant did not improve anything. The elderly gentleman at the counter, who fishes things out of the glass with his fingers when pouring the drinks or does not wash his hands after blowing his nose, we leave uncommented.

Unfortunately, it stinks when you come in. The food is in the sense of 3 stars. Nothing special but edible. Unfortunately a lot of meat dishes with the same combination. Eg. Pork schnitzel with chips, beef schnitzel with chips, turkey schnitzel with chips. Everything but clean. Would recommend for a lunch during a hike.

Nice service, delicious food. The rooms ok. The breakfast was rich and good.
